1. Period and notice
Without an applicable exception, withdraw within 14 days of the service contract without reason or penalty. Send a clear written or durable notice to the email below with order reference, name and purchase date; no special form is required. Missing withdrawal information can extend the period up to one year beyond its ordinary end; later information can start 14 days anew. Never send passwords or card details.
2. Refund method and timing
For valid service withdrawal, payments must be refunded within 14 days of receiving notice by the appropriate original means without extra cost. Bank posting time does not alter the seller’s legal deadline.
3. Digital and early-performance exceptions
Instant electronic services / intangible content and services started early with consumer approval are distinct exceptions. Actual service and required information / approval matter. Account activation or a digital label alone does not remove ongoing coaching withdrawal rights. Defective-service and non-performance rights remain.
4. Subscriptions and support
A one-off package differs from recurring subscriptions; applicable cancellation and unused advance-payment rights need separate assessment. Check App Store / Google Play subscription settings for store purchases. Account deletion may not stop future charges. Dispute routes appear in the sales agreement.
