1. Parties and order
The configured seller details appear below. The buyer is the ordering consumer. Turkish Law 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply where relevant. Service features, quantity, duration, tax-inclusive total and extra costs must appear before payment. This page promises no fixed price or result.
2. Payment and performance
Card processing takes place in PayTR. Do not send card information to support. Once payment is verified, performance follows the method and schedule stated at purchase. Opening an account does not instantly complete ongoing coaching. Undisclosed extras cannot be imposed.
3. Withdrawal and defects
Service contracts generally allow withdrawal without reason or penalty within 14 days of conclusion. Exceptions require their legal conditions. Reading this text does not approve early performance. Defective-service and mandatory consumer rights remain; see Cancellation and refunds.
4. Contact and disputes
Contact the seller with your order reference. Depending on the dispute and current monetary limits, Turkish consumer arbitration committees or courts may be available, with mandatory mediation where required. Mandatory rights remain preserved.
